"I have been with State Farm for 20+ years. For the most part, it has been an average experience with average customer service throughout the years; however, a recent experience with a car accident where the other party had the liability is the reason for my rating. My car was in the shop for four months. My coverage paid for $600 in rental fees. When I reached out to the agent for assistance with the rental, approximately two months after the accident, the agent had no clue that I had even had an accident. I was told, “I don’t know what to tell you”. In turn, I’m out of pocket over $3k for the rental. This is definitely not the way a long-term customer should be treated. I hope they do better for their reliable customers in the future. I would suggest the “Like a Good Neighbor” branding is no longer relevant with this agent."

They always provide top tier service, they always find the answers to any questions you have and they even send personalize card for life events. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. I couldn’t ask for a better State Farm agent. If you ever need a quote give the office manager Kim a call, she will make sure that you get the proper amount of coverage to fit your needs!"
